Green bar paper, a yard stick, and a 10-key were the tools of the trade we learned on. Fortunately, these days we have upgraded to computers, spreadsheets, and a 10-key (a good tool is a good tool). We offer a wide range of services from bookkeeping and tax prep, to business and copy writing. We have specialized skills in small business and non-profits that allow us the gifts of flexibility and efficiency to keep you on track and on budget.

Bachelor’s Degree in Writing, highly skilled in PowerPoint, Advanced Certification in Excel, daily QuickBooks user and Notary. Ms. Felton’s skills have been honed in the small business world for over 18 years. From 1997-2010, she worked all aspects of the office and management, for a small family owned car dealership. From 2010-2016, she was able to easily translate her skills to a small virtual company, where she continued to grow her repertoire to include an array of metrics and financial analysis. In 2016, she ventured into business writing, by helping small business owners with business writing and copy writing for websites, gaining much praise and freelance success. She can take a client’s extensive data and process it into something digestible and board friendly.
Bachelor's Degree in Political Science and History, highly skilled in QuickBooks and Microsoft Office. Ms. Tienken has worked with small businesses for over 23 years. She has managed the offices of therapists, lawyers, real estate agents and non-profits. Ms. Tienken utilizes her attention to detail to perform end of month reconciliations, budgets and customer service.
